End User Licensing Agreement

Bridge App is licensed to You (End-User) by Bridge Fintech Inc., located and registered at 651 N Broad St Ste 201 Middletown DE 19709 USA ("Licensor"), for use only under the terms of this License Agreement.

By downloading the Bridge App from Apple's software distribution platform ("App Store"), Google's software distribution platform ("Play Store"), and any update thereto (as permitted by this License Agreement), You indicate that You agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this License Agreement and that You accept this License Agreement. The parties of this License Agreement acknowledge that Apple and Google are not Parties to this License Agreement and are not bound by any provisions or obligations with regard to the Licensed Application, such as warranty, liability, maintenance, and support thereof. Bridge Fintech Inc., not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and the content thereof.

This License Agreement may not provide for usage rules for the Licensed Application that are in conflict with the latest Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Google Play Terms of Service ("Usage Rules"). Bridge Fintech Inc. acknowledges that it had the opportunity to review the Usage Rules and this License Agreement is not conflicting with them.

Bridge App ("Licensed Application") is a piece of software created to provide centralized financial account aggregation — and customized for iOS and Android mobile devices ("Devices"). It is used to enable users to manage various financial accounts in one interface.

1. THE APPLICATION:

Bridge App is designed to simplify your financial life by aggregating various financial accounts, allowing for peer-to-peer transfers, bill payments, and more, directly from your mobile device.

2. SCOPE OF LICENSE:

2.1. You are given a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Licensed Application on Devices that You own or control as permitted by the Usage Rules, with the exception that such Licensed Application may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

2.2. This license also governs any updates of the Licensed Application provided by Licensor that replace, repair, and/or supplement the first Licensed Application, unless a separate license is provided for such update, in which case the terms of that new license will govern.

3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

3.1. The Bridge App is compatible with Devices running iOS version 11.0 or later and Android version 6.0 or later. Users are responsible for ensuring their Devices meet these minimum system requirements. Updates, including security updates, will be provided periodically. Users are encouraged to keep their application up-to-date to maintain its functionality and security.

4. MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT:

4.1. Bridge Fintech Inc. is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the Bridge App. For support, please contact us at support@bridgebanking.info.

5. USE OF DATA:

Your use of the Bridge App involves the processing of your personal data. Our practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, available on our website. Additionally, our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy details our commitment to preventing illicit financial activities. 6. USER-GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS:

The Bridge App does not allow for user-generated content contributions in the traditional sense. However, it's crucial that all financial activities conducted through the app comply with our AML Policy, specifically prohibiting illegal financial activities such as money laundering or financing terrorism.

7. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE:

By using the Bridge App, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy regarding the processing of your information. Any feedback or suggestions you provide about the app can be used by us without compensation to you.

8. LIABILITY:

Bridge Fintech Inc. assumes no liability for damages resulting from the use of the Bridge App beyond what is stipulated by mandatory law. Users are encouraged to back up their data regularly.

9. WARRANTY:

Bridge Fintech Inc. ensures the Bridge App is free from malware at the time of download and operates as described. The warranty does not cover issues arising from user modifications or use with incompatible devices.

10. PRODUCT CLAIMS:

Bridge Fintech Inc. is responsible for addressing any claims related to the Bridge App or your use of it, including product liability claims and any claim that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements.

11. LEGAL COMPLIANCE:

You agree to use the Bridge App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including not being located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country.

13. TERMINATION:

This license is valid until terminated by either Bridge Fintech Inc. or you. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Licensed Application and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Licensed Application.

14. THIRD-PARTY TERMS OF AGREEMENTS AND BENEFICIARY:

Bridge Fintech Inc. will comply with applicable third-party terms when using the Licensed Application. Apple and Google and their subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this End User License Agreement. Upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, Apple and Google will have the right to enforce this End User License Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:

In the event of a third-party claim that the Licensed Application or your possession and use of the Licensed Application infringes third-party intellectual property rights, Bridge Fintech Inc., not Apple or Google, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

16. APPLICABLE LAW:

This License Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflicts of law rules.

17. MISCELLANEOUS:

17.1 If any of the terms of this agreement should be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Invalid terms will be replaced by valid ones formulated in a way that will achieve the primary purpose.

17.2 Collateral agreements, changes, and amendments are only valid if laid down in writing. The preceding clause can only be waived in writing.
